My own quest for perfection...

Well, it has been many months since I started this blog and since I posted anything. The news in my life is that I have been working really hard at the gym. I have been working with a trainer at my gym. He has me on a meal plan and workout routine. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I am eating pretty healthy. I have dropped from 38.8% body fat to 22.8%. I ROCK! I still have a long ways to go. I am going to try to pot more frequently my success. It feels so good to accomplish something that seems so difficult to reach. Soon I will have reached my final goal. I hope to share that joy with everyone very soon!
